Here are some pictures of Athens. We stayed at the Acropolis Select close to the market area and the Acropolis. What a beautiful city!
The neigborhood around our hotel:
Oranges grow on trees lining the streets - but they are not edible.
Flowers in a local market:
The tram is a beautiful shade of purple.
There are SO many beautiful doors in Athens.
And of course -- like any big city -- there is always construction going on.
